Nicki Pasculli
Networking Manager
Nicki brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Design Workforce Solutions team. She started her professional career in New Jersey with Chubb & Son, where she worked her way up to a specialized position dealing with private clients and special services for over 14 years. After relocating to Salinas, California with her family, she went to work for Capital Insurance Group (CIG), a leading company specializing in personal, commercial and agricultural lines of insurance. As a training manager at CIG, she gained exceptional interpersonal skills, providing employees with a pathway to success for the company. She spent a few years at home raising children, and then went to work for the world-renowned Carmel Mission Basilica as their Operations Manager. In addition to managing a significant team, she also led volunteer groups, acted as a liaison for the diocese, and helped guide the success of a multi-million dollar historic restoration project. Nicki is deeply involved in community service, and believes in giving back and paying it forward. This is demonstrated by her leadership roles, both past and present, in organizations such as the Kinship Center, American Cancer Society, Carmel Mission Foundation, and Monterey Museum of Art. Enterprising, creative, and highly trustworthy, Nicki is ready to support her clients in any way possible.
